Upload firmware (Windows):
- Connect ST-Link to BluePill
- Install ST-Link drivers
- Install Maple driver from utils/maple-usb-drivers-win.7z
- Download firmware BlueSCSI-Updater
- Set boot0 jumper on BluePill to 1 (furthest from the Reset button)
- Start flash-win.bat
- Choose 2 (Prepare a blank BluePill)
- Disconnect ST-Link
- Set boot0 to 0 and boot1 to 1 (near Reset)
- Connect mircoUSB and continue to flash firmware in the flash-win (or run it again and choose 1)
Prepare HDD Image:
BlueSCSI supports raw disk images in the RaSCSI or Basilisk II format.
- Format microSD to exFAT for better performance
- Just copy your HDD image to microSD
- File name should be HDxy_512.hda

HD - Hard Disk
x - SCSI ID to attach to. 0-7 (though 7 on a Macintosh is the System)
y - LUN ID - Always set to 0.
512 - Sector size. Set to 512 if unsure. 256, 512, & 1024 supported.

Transfer data from Mini vMac disk image:
Mini vMac is popular B&W Macintosh emulator but it uses partition images that not supported in the BlueSCSI. For transfering data open your bootable image in Basilisk II and add your Mini vMac image as secondary. After boot just copy needed folders.
